Summary
The Logistics Team is a part of the Staff Group in the Collaboratory. While providing support and encouragement for all site and application teams, the Logistics Team diligently works to take care of all logistical coordination for travel. Below is a list of services the logistics team accomplishes each semester:
News
The Logistics Team meets in the Collaboratory Office Frey 353 on Monday nights around 7:00pm. This meeting occurs after the general Collaboratory meeting in Frey 110 at 6:00pm and the Staff meeting in Frey 150 at 6:45pm.

Resources
- Forms Required for Site Team Trips:
- A completed Messiah College Medical authorization and release form
- A completed Collaboratory Medical and insurance information form
- A completed Messiah College Study abroad contract
- A completed site team participation application
- A scanned or photocopied copy of the picture page of the candidate's passport. Any candidate who does not have a passport should gather and photocopy the necessary materials to apply for a passport. The photocopy will be turned in to the Collaboratory Manager in lieu of a passport scan. Candidates who have a passport that will expire within six months of the anticipated return date need to fill in the necessary paperwork for passport renewal and turn in a photocopy of this form to the Collaboratory Manger with their passport scan.
- The Collaboratory has equipment available to take on Site Team trips. Read the policies and check out the calendar on the Information Management page.
- Messiah College has three international cell phones available for Site Teams. Contact the Manager of the Collaboratory for more information or to request an international cell phone.
