Procedure for using Design Element

Purpose

The purpose of setting a procedure for using the Design Element is to keep unity and cohesion within the Collaboratory and make sure the Design Element is used within the identity of the Collaboratory.

Procedure

Whenever the Design Element is used in any media which will be viewed by people outside the Collaboratory, it needs to be approved by the Marketing team within the Staff services group. For example, if the Design Element is to be used on a t-shirt, paper, brochure, slide show, or anywhere else, it needs to be approved. Media that is only intended for Collaboratory members to see and use does not need to be approved.
